Contributions are not tax deductible for income tax purposes. Funds received are subject to State of Kansas contribution limits. State election law requires the KSGOP to report an individual’s occupation and industry for all contributions.
Contributions are limited to $15,000 per calendar year for any individual, corporation, partnership, trust, association & organization. Political Action Committees are limited to $5,000 per calendar year.
